To ensure the lawful processing and safe management of users' location information, the Company establishes the following Location-Based Service Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters, in relation to the use of the location-based services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The major terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

"Location Information" means information (such as latitude and longitude) that can identify the current location of a user by using mobile communication devices, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, base station information, etc.
"Personal Location Information" refers to location information that can identify a specific individual, meaning location data combined with identifiers such as name, phone number, or other personal details.

The Company may use a user's location information to provide the Services. Users must agree to the provision of such information in order to use the Services.

The Company processes users' location information in real time during service provision and uses it temporarily without storing it separately.
Article 4 (Processing and Retention Period of Location Information)
The Company processes location information only to the extent necessary for providing the Services.
In principle, the Company does not store location information. If storage is required, explicit consent from the user will be obtained in advance.
When consent for storage is obtained, the retention period and destruction procedures will be specified. Upon expiration of the retention period, the information will be safely destroyed.
Article 5 (Provision and Entrustment to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide users' location information to any third parties.
However, if it is unavoidable to provide such information to a third party for service delivery, the Company will notify the user in advance of the recipient, purpose, items to be provided, and retention/use period, and will obtain the user's consent.
The Company may entrust part of its service operations to an external party. In such cases, the Company will specify protective measures for location information through a written consignment agreement.
Article 6 (User Rights and Exercise Methods)
Users may withdraw their consent to the provision of location information at any time. However, withdrawal of consent may limit the use of certain Services.
Users may request the Company to access or correct their location information in case of errors.
The Company shall not use or provide the relevant information until correction is completed, and if the information has already been provided to a third party, the Company shall promptly notify the third party to ensure correction.
Article 7 (Liability and Disclaimer)
The Company shall be liable for any damages caused to users by violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
However, the Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, communication failures, or system errors.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of store information provided through the Services, and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user regarding the use of location information, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual consultation.
